The Parent Company has been supporting working parents in the workplace since 1997. Our seminars, workshops, coaching and advisory work is centred on wellbeing for working parents. We are passionate about working system wide, mindful to the stakeholders involved – the organisation; the family and the individual.
We believe that productivity and innovation flourish in environments where employees are supported and their needs are being met . This in turn contributes to the attraction and retention of talented members of staff.
Who We Work With
We work with individuals, teams and groups, with working parents and the managers who support them, and with the senior management teams who champion change.
Our parents are new parents, parents on maternity or paternity leave, single parents, parents of children at different ages and stages from baby through to adulthood, working fathers, working mothers. We work with parents whether they are parents by birth, adoptive, foster or step. We work with parents who have parents that need their care.
Providing the Right Level of Support
And we help our clients to integrate diversity and talent management agendas by segmenting their working parent population and providing the right level of support for the right person. This could range from a lunch time seminar or webinar open to all through to individualised paternity and maternity coaching programmes for talented mothers and fathers.
